This page has information for suppliers about the procurement arrangements and accreditations required for the Sustainable Warmth programme and other future Government-funded retrofit schemes.

 

 

The Sustainable Warmth programme brings together two new schemes to tackle fuel poverty – Local Authority Delivery Phase 3 (LAD3) and Home Upgrade Grant Phase 1 (HUG1). The programme is Government funded and follows on from the Local Authority Delivery Phase 2 (LAD2) scheme that we are currently running in the region.

We have been successful in obtaining Sustainable Warmth funding from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) on behalf of local authorities. The programme will be delivered by local authorities and in some cases by social housing providers.
